This was a color experiment that I had in mind. The buffalo subject matter and diptych aspects lent to the creative possibilities. The panels can either be hung together, on opposite sides of the same wall, or apart as the patron who purchased them has done. I toyed with painting a third panel to continue the experiment of rotating primary and secondary colors and someday I may come back to this approach.
